I first found that place thanks to one of my student I met during a photowalk, this is a brilliant spot, love the leading line, guiding the eyes into the city, every time I went to NYC I went back there at sunset to catch a photo, sometimes the water was higher and the sunset was different every time, here the colors of the sunset were not spectacular so I went for a black and white version, what do you think?
